missingWrote a review on Mar 08luxurious room designslow service during breakfast
The hotel offers a superb ski-in/ski-out location, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the slopes. I appreciated the cozy bar atmosphere where I could unwind after skiing. The newly refurbished rooms are luxurious and come with amazing soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
Service during breakfast was significantly slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating during peak hours.

Unmatched ski access, exceptional room views, well-maintained facilities
The bar service is excruciatingly slow during peak hours!!! The significant pre-authorization requirement on check-in feels excessive!!! Minor maintenance issues could use some attention!!!

Couple seeking higher standards
The location is perfect for hitting the slopes! ! Each evening, after a long day, we enjoyed drinks at the bar where the staff were friendly, even if a bit overwhelmed at times. Our room had a great view of the slopes, which added that serene touch to the stay.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the beautiful setting.

missingWrote a review on Mar 09great locationcozy loungeunderwhelming dininginconvenient pre-authorizationlimited restaurant popularity
The location offers unparalleled access to the slopes, making it ideal for skiing enthusiasts. The breakfast provides a substantial variety, especially loved the oatmeal options, though it doesn't quite match the standards expected from a five-star establishment. While the lounge area is cozy, the restaurant's offerings are underwhelming, leading to noticeable quietness when compared to nearby dining options. A €500 pre-authorization on your card is standard practice, which some may find inconvenient.

Recommend it for groups of friends
We had a cozy time at the bar, where the live music created a great vibe, almost made me forget I was supposed to be working on my empire. And you know what? The staff were super helpful, always had good tips for ski runs and bars, it felt too personal for a hotel.
It wasn't cheap, but given the comfort, I can say it was still tolerable.

I had a cozy stay with great food at the lovely bar, but the restaurant experience was disappointing, as it didn't attract many guests at all.
